iBlog8 Defined
25 May 2012 | Malcolm Hall, UP, Diliman
It’s..
Then I’ll use it in a sentence for my definition of iBlog8.
iBlog8 is an interesting event for blogging enthusiasts like me where there’s a lot of bouncing ideas for a long-term career on blogging, additional on-the-spot tips, generous information to help build and market brands plus having 8x more possibilty of gaining network and friends.
Oh! That’s tough, but I made it!
VerJube (myphotographics) started doing blogs more than a year ago for the main purpose of showing our audience the beauty of music through our pictures because VerJube were more than just a music fan, it’s how we interprete music through photography and blogging, be able to inspire and share others the artist’s talent and passion for music. After attending this blog summit, it gives me clearer view on things, it’s not just for my own satisfaction but also for the people who can readily read and appreciate our entries.
I serve to listen at iBlog8 The Philippine Blogging Summit’s first day on 25 May 2012 at UP Malcolm Theater. Take heed to influential and successful celebrity bloggers were inspiring and a great honor for me, I’ve learned SEO 101, online branding, blogging etiquette, monetizing blogs, managing finances for bloggers, creating blog campaigns and learning how to be “The Better Person.”
Some points I’ve remembered:
1. Titles matter.
2. Links matter.
3. Keywords matter.
4. Content matters.
And new company matters, that’s getting to know friends out of the many blogger attendees like Hanna (scribbleswhilemountingolympus.blogspot.com), Krisette (settewriter.com), JR (strifeofcloud.com) and Mark, in addition with my blog mentor-slash-buddy MJ (hoshilandia.com).
Congratulations to the organizers of iBlog8. May you continue to inspire people and more power to you!
